Installed in an outdoor cabinet beside the road, Smart Zebra Crossing Control Box centrally manages luminescent floor tiles, road studs, voice prompts, and pedestrian detection modules, enabling intelligent coordination between zebra crosswalk lighting and pedestrian traffic signals to enhance crosswalk safety and reduce the incidence of conflicts between pedestrians and vehicles. This cabinet features an outdoor rainproof sheet metal enclosure equipped with high-voltage safety protection and dust-proof/heat dissipation design, making Smart Zebra Crossing Control Box suitable for all-weather outdoor operation at urban intersections. Control Box Installation
1.Site selection: Determine the appropriate location for installing the control box.
2.Excavate a foundation pit：Excavate a foundation pit with dimensions greater than the external outline of the control box.
3.concrete placing ：Cast a C25 concrete base layer for the foundation pit to create a foundation platform.
4.install, erect, fix, mount, build in ：Install and secure the control box onto the base plate.
5.Power-on test：After connecting the power cord, power on the device to test whether the red and green lights on the floor tiles are functioning correctly; if everything is working properly, then the test is complete.
