6.Clear debris:
Clear away all the construction waste that has just been cut out; then level the surface to facilitate the installation of the steel troughs and the illuminated crosswalk tiles. Finally, remove all generated waste.
Floor tile traffic light installation:
1. Close the road and enclose the area with a fence – ensure the fence is securely installed and that construction warning signs are properly displayed to safeguard the safety of all personnel working at the site.
2. Confirm the installation position, orientation, and distance of the floor tile traffic lights. 3. Mark the slotting dimensions and cut out a straight slot (as shown in the figure below).
3. Slotting dimensions: Suitable for mounting a lower through-base (the slotting dimensions are larger than those of the standard through-base to facilitate installation and surface alignment).
4.Cutting routing grooves: The routing cutting process involves identifying the optimal routing position from the traffic light location to the steel trough position, then cutting a routing groove for the PPR hot-melt round pipe; the depth from the top of the PPR round pipe to the ground should be approximately 10 cm.
The incision width is 5 cm (this is determined based on the actual conditions at the intersection and
the number of power cables in each direction).
Primary requirement: The main low-voltage power supply line (DC24V) from the controller's output port to the floor tiles must have a seamless connection; no interfaces are permitted.
