600-millimeter Pixel Tube, Single-Sided
The Single Red Cross Canopy Light consists of a housing and multiple pixel tubes, each of which contains 6 LEDs. The housing features a side-opening door for easy access to the display for inspection and maintenance, and is mounted on the crossbeam of a toll booth or on the ceiling of a tunnel. This product is primarily used at highway toll plazas and tunnel entrances. Its high light intensity allows drivers to see it from a distance, prompting them to slow down in advance and guiding them to pass through correctly, safely, and smoothly.

It utilizes LED chips from Taiwan’s Epistar, arranged in a pixel tube configuration. With a high density of LEDs, it delivers extremely high brightness and outstanding visual effects.
2. The 600-millimeter single-sided pixel tube is welded from cold-rolled steel plate, offering excellent strength and wind resistance. The display panel features a double-layer structural design, providing good sealing and dust resistance, while also ensuring effective heat dissipation within the panel. The canopy lighting components are complete, securely assembled, and structurally stable, with smooth transitions at the edges and corners, free of flash or burrs;
3. The protective coating on the housing and connectors of the 600-millimeter single-sided pixel tube display is uniform in color, free of scratches, cracks, or exposed substrate, and its physical and chemical performance indicators comply with relevant national and industry standards;
4. The 600-millimeter single-sided pixel tube display is fully waterproof: the joints between the display surface and the cabinet are coated with waterproof adhesive, enhancing the product’s waterproof performance.
