New Haven has a lot of construction going on and it’s easy to tell those noises and where they’re coming from. This sound was coming from directly above me, I’ve been parking here for weeks now and never heard it before. There are three more levels of parking above me so it’s just cars and there is no construction happening in this garage. This is 5am.
