The original tutorial covered just decoding the remote’s control codes, so I decided to combine it with the LED fade in/out. Only this time the remote’s volume up and down buttons provided the input to control the level of fade.
This one wasn’t nearly as painful as I thought it would be. Except for learning the NEC protocol for decoding IR remotes. As a test, I tried out the TV remote and managed to decode the signal from it also.
