If you’ve seen the men and women wearing florescent vests on the rail platforms, they’re our fare inspectors. But they do more than check to see if a passenger paid his ticket. They also act as ambassadors, showing the newcomers how to ride the system, where to get off and even giving restaurant recommendations. Meet Capt.
