Mehsana : Many traffic lights are lying defunct in the city causing inconvenience to people.Traffic signals installed at various junctions of the city are not working. The traffic lights are not functioning causing a lot of inconvenience to commuters. When Tv9 asked to Corporation authority about the problem, they replied, it is the traffic department’s responsibility to maintain it.
