On the morning of 12 January 2016 this crash was captured on my dashcam. The traffic light had stopped working and I watched a few cars simply race over the dead light without any attempt to stop or even slow down. I knew that it would not be long before there was a crash. I had hardly finished the thought when this crash occurred in front of me. Fortunately no-one was hurt. This cannot be called an accident since and accident is something which occurs due to circumstances beyond control, but in this case the driver who did not stop was in full control and should simply have stopped to prevent this.
