P25 Full-Color VMS Lift-and-Move Display Screen – Product Features
• Dynamic Text/Graphic Content Publishing (Core Feature):
You can customize text, icons, and speed limit alerts; the system also displays real-time road signage – such as “Construction Ahead” – or configure other traffic warning messages, including “Accident Ahead,” “Road Closed,” “Ramp Control,” “slippery roads in rainy weather,” “Speed Limit Alert,” and “Alternative Route Guidance.” Some device models support images, simple animations, or flashing warning effects.
• Flexible mobile deployment (Trailer-based advantage):
Equipped with a built-in tow hitch system, this device can be towed by a vehicle for relocation without requiring any permanent installation. P25 Solar VMS Sign can be quickly deployed at temporary construction sites, accident scenes, temporarily restricted intersections, remote roads without mains electricity supply, or as a temporary traffic management point for sporting events or large-scale events; after use, P25 Solar VMS Sign can be swiftly removed and reused.
• Solar-powered independent supply, independent of the mains electricity:
The integrated solar energy storage system enables daytime photovoltaic charging and battery power supply, ensuring continuous operation 24 hours a day even in off-grid environments or remote areas. P25 Solar VMS Sign is suitable for various scenarios—including highways, suburban areas, and remote construction sites—and requires no wiring or external power connection, thereby reducing deployment costs.
• Remote/Local Convenient Management:
Supports multiple content modification methods: local USB drive, wireless WiFi, 4G remote access, or mobile/PC-based debugging; enables remote real-time update of prompt messages, eliminating the need for personnel to visit the site to modify content; some models can be paired with a radar speed detector to automatically display vehicle speed and issue speed-exceedance alerts.
• All-weather outdoor visibility warning:
High-brightness LED matrix display enables clear long-distance recognition even under strong light conditions; P25 Solar VMS Sign features automatic brightness adjustment based on light intensity, making P25 Solar VMS Sign suitable for both day and night environments; the housing boasts a high IP rating, offering protection against rain and dust, and is designed for use in harsh outdoor conditions to provide early warning to drivers and reduce the risk of road accidents.
• MPPT Charger/Discharger:

The entire product is powered by solar energy, eliminating the need for complex wiring installations. The solar panel and display are integrated into a single unit; the solar panel can be adjusted in angle according to the local environmental conditions (e.g., 45°,60°, etc.), and it also facilitates the packaging of the solar panel.
• Customizable for any size, specification, or display color (single yellow or full-color):
We can manufacture display screens in various sizes and specifications according to customer requirements; the colors can also be customized to meet client needs.
The P25 Full-Color VMS Lift-and-Move Display Solution effectively addresses key pain points faced
Temporary scenarios require rapid deployment and frequent relocation.
The trailer traction system enables direct towing of the vehicle, allowing it to be deployed and put into use immediately on-site – without the need for a concrete foundation or vertical pole casting – making it highly versatile and suitable for rapid redeployment across various construction sites or accident scenes, resulting in a high reuse rate.
For field or temporary sites without mains power supply, where wiring costs are high.
Solar energy storage enables self-sustained power supply without the need for external wiring; it stores energy during the day and operates continuously at night, making it suitable for long-term operation at remote locations and significantly reducing associated power infrastructure costs.
Traditional signage has static content and cannot be used to update real-time traffic conditions.
You can edit text, set speed limits, or receive detour alerts at any time; the system supports remote text updates via USB drive or 4G network, allowing you to update warning messages without requiring personnel to be present on-site. The alerts can be displayed in scrolling or flashing modes and remain visible even under strong nighttime lighting, making the warnings more conspicuous.
Poor visibility of static signage and insufficient accident early warning systems
High-brightness LED matrix + light-sensing automatic brightness adjustment – enables clear recognition from a distance even under strong daylight or dim nighttime conditions; features dynamic text alerts to proactively guide vehicles to slow down or change lanes, thereby reducing accident risks on construction zones.
Procuring multiple sets of fixed equipment from numerous temporary locations – high investment cost.
A single device can be dynamically allocated across multiple locations; a single unit can cover multiple temporary security and control scenarios, reducing overall hardware procurement volume and offering superior cost-effectiveness.
Unable to quickly implement information-based guidance during emergencies.
Can be swiftly transported to the incident site to instantly provide real-time road condition alerts, enable rapid remote dissemination of traffic control and diversion instructions, and support on-site traffic emergency command operations.
Complex equipment and significant maintenance workload
Integrated trailer design with high protection rating – rainproof and dustproof; the solar battery system requires virtually no routine maintenance, making long-term operation possible without the need for dedicated personnel.
