The solar-powered arrow sign with trailer consists of a vehicle, a sign, multiple light bulbs, and a strobe module. The sign is divided into upper and lower sections; the lower section features an arrow in the lower-left corner and a construction sign, which is made of 3-millimeter reflective film. The upper section consists of Type 100 and Type 200 light bulbs and can be folded backward. Please refer to the relevant drawings for the specific structural design.
All bulbs operate in flashing mode. The flashing of the arrows in the lower-left and lower-right corners—composed of Type 100 bulbs—is controlled by buttons on the control box, while the Type 200 bulbs are controlled by the main switch on the control box. The strobe lights are controlled via separate wiring.

Wiring Instructions for the Solar-Powered Foldable Mobile Arrow Guide Sign
The directional sign is powered by a DC12V supply; the battery is charged using a charger connected to an AC 85–265V voltage source. The battery is housed within a battery compartment. When charging is required, the battery can be charged directly via the charging port on the battery compartment's charger; alternatively, the battery compartment can be opened, the screws securing the battery removed, and the battery taken out for charging.
The control box is housed within the battery compartment, as shown in the figure below. The control box features two yellow buttons: one controls the flashing left-down and right-down arrow indicators (which consist of 100 filament elements), and the other is the power switch located on the side of the control box.

The vehicle-mounted directional sign features a foldable section – specifically, the part of the sign equipped with a light source. To deploy the sign, remove the two rods located at the back of the sign and mount them on the vehicle's overhead rack; to fold the sign, install the rods inside the vehicle. (As shown in the figure)
The trailer carrying the vehicle guidance sign is equipped with a hook that can be directly attached to the rear of the construction vehicle.
When shipping the product, the guide plate should be folded. To unfold it, loosen the nut at the bottom of the rod, then slide the rod onto the screw mounted on the trailer's upper support bracket, and finally tighten the nut securely.
