Introduction to the Solar-Powered Arrow Sign with Trailer:
The solar-powered arrow sign with trailer consists of a vehicle, a sign, multiple light bulbs, and a strobe module. The sign is divided into upper and lower sections; the lower section features an arrow in the lower-left corner and a construction sign, which is made of 3-millimeter reflective film. The upper section consists of Type 100 and Type 200 light bulbs and can be folded backward. Please refer to the relevant drawings for the specific structural design.
All bulbs operate in flashing mode. The flashing of the arrows in the lower-left and lower-right corners—composed of Type 100 bulbs—is controlled by buttons on the control box, while the Type 200 bulbs are controlled by the main switch on the control box. The strobe lights are controlled via separate wiring.

2. The content displayed on the signs is clearly visible day and night;
3. Under conditions of direct light on the display panel, the maximum distance at which observers can clearly see the displayed content (dynamic visibility distance) is ≥50 m;

6. The trailer and mounting bracket are made of sheet metal, and the sheet metal enclosure is fabricated from cold-rolled steel. Cold-rolled steel features excellent surface quality, is non-reflective, and provides glare protection. The design is fully enclosed, all-weather, and weatherproof, with good oxidation resistance, ensuring the equipment retains its color throughout its service life.
7.5. Easy to install and remove: The aluminum enclosure housing the Type 100 lamp core is mounted on the sign using clamps, making installation and removal very convenient.
