- The main component is solar panel ,
battery and outside housing of the solar road stud .
We use high brightness 5mm Epistar LED and 3M reflector on it .
The housing we use die-casting aluminum,
Compressive strength is greater than 100 kn.
The horseshoe road stud mostly use
at side of the road or some foggy area .
The reflector function is much bettery than normal ones .
- This aluminum road stud LED is much brighter than others ,
normal road stud intensity is about 300-400mcd ,
but our road stud is over 2000mcd .Drivers can see more clearly in this way .
- LED road studs are naturally charged by the sun,normally flash at night .
- As soon as it starts getting dark the LED lights
in the stud come on automatically each night
for up to 10 hours. They have been specifically
designed with road safety in mind and can help
to prevent serious accidents and emit rather than reflect light.
