The 100MM Mini Traffic Light Three Aspects is a small-sized traffic light consisting of three small units and a plastic casing. It features high-brightness light bulbs with distinct and eye-catching colors. Each of the red, yellow and green units contains 40 high-brightness light bulbs. It is mainly used for traffic rules teaching in kindergartens and primary schools, allowing children to learn some traffic rules earlier. Through the demonstration of physical objects and simulating the crossing of the road scenario, it is easy to install and convenient to use.

The Red Light Line provides power input to the red LED module, ensuring proper illumination of the red light.
Green line
Green light line – independently controls a green LED module, enabling individual switching of the green light source.
Yellow line
Yellow Light Line: Independently controls the yellow LED module to enable individual switching of the yellow light source.
Black line
The public neutral conductor, which serves as the common terminal for the circuit loop, must be reliably connected to the power supply neutral conductor.

(Vertical Installation Example)
Disassemble the nut assembly
The lighting fixture comes with screws at both ends; first, remove the screws and their nuts.
Fixed L-shaped bracket
Align the flat ends of the two L-shaped brackets with the luminaire mounting holes, then insert the screws into the slots. Tighten the nuts.
Whole-unit component installation
Drill holes in the signal 100 mm traffic light three aspect pole; insert the matching screw through the pole; secure the assembled L-shaped bracket to the pole; tighten the lock nut to complete installation. Tighten the nut.

The 100 mm traffic light three aspect features a high-strength sheet-metal casing coated with electrostatic spray paint; avoid applying excessive pressure or subjecting it to severe impacts to prevent damage or deformation. The installation, wiring, and power-on procedures for the luminaire must be performed under the guidance of a qualified professional electrician. Non-professional individuals are advised not to disassemble or assemble the unit independently, as this may lead to circuit malfunctions or electric shock hazards.
Warranty Commitment
We provide a 3-year original manufacturer's warranty to ensure the proper functioning of the luminaire's main structure and core light source; however, wear-and-tear components (e.g., lampshades, connecting cables) and customized non-standard products are not covered under this warranty.
Repair Submission Process
For the customer return-to-service model, please first contact our after-sales customer service to register the fault details; upon receiving authorization, please return the product to a designated service center or send the 100 mm traffic light three aspect back to the manufacturer via courier for professional inspection and repair.
