Features of Model 300 Lamp Cylinders
Red signal lamp: emits red light to indicate “No Entry.” 300mm Traffic Light Lamp Tube is used to signal vehicles and pedestrians to stop and wait; it is commonly installed at barrier gate entrances, industrial plant access points, weighbridges, and access control passages to prohibit vehicle entry.
Yellow warning lamp: emits yellow light to indicate a warning or transition phase. 300mm Traffic Light Lamp Tube signals that the signal state is about to change, reminding vehicles that have already crossed the line to proceed with caution, and reminding vehicles that have not crossed the line to prepare to stop; 300mm Traffic Light Lamp Tube may also be used independently as a flashing warning lamp.
Green signal lamp: emits green light, indicating that passage is permitted. 300mm Traffic Light Lamp Tube signals that vehicles and pedestrians may safely enter and traverse the passage.

Equipped with an integrated black light-shielding and sun-shading cylinder that effectively blocks direct glare and reduces glare reflection; this ensures clear color recognition of traffic signals under midday harsh sunlight, complies with road traffic signal acceptance standards, and minimizes the need for project rectification and rework.
Solution: If damaged, the entire unit must be replaced, which entails high procurement costs and complicates on-site repairs.
Modular split lamp housing design. In the event of a failure, only the affected lamp housing needs to be replaced; this design allows field maintenance personnel to perform installation and disassembly easily, thereby reducing on-site repair time at intersections and lowering maintenance costs.
Solution: If several LED signal light beads fail in a single point, the entire signal light panel may go out, posing significant risks to traffic safety.
The lamp features a matrix configuration of multiple LEDs arranged in parallel, along with a redundant lighting design. Even if a few LEDs fail, the lamp surface can still illuminate and operate normally, preventing sudden total failure of the entire lamp. This design helps minimize emergency repair time and reduces road traffic safety risks.

The 125mm three-aspect traffic light features a high-strength sheet-metal casing coated with electrostatic spray paint; avoid applying excessive pressure or subjecting it to severe impacts to prevent damage or deformation. The installation, wiring, and power-on procedures for the luminaire must be performed under the guidance of a qualified professional electrician. Non-professional individuals are advised not to disassemble or assemble the unit independently, as this may lead to circuit malfunctions or electric shock hazards.
Warranty Commitment
We provide a 3-year original manufacturer's warranty to ensure the proper functioning of the luminaire's main structure and core light source; however, wear-and-tear components (e.g., lampshades, connecting cables) and customized non-standard products are not covered under this warranty.
Repair Submission Process
For the customer return-to-service model, please first contact our after-sales customer service to register the fault details; upon receiving authorization, please return the product to a designated service center or send it back to the manufacturer via courier for professional inspection and repair.
Disclaimer
Damage resulting from human-induced damage, unauthorized modification, improper use, or force majeure events (such as fire, earthquake, or voltage abnormalities), as well as malfunctions caused by failure to operate the device in accordance with the instruction manual, are not covered under the free warranty.
Logistics Responsibility
For product repairs, the one-way shipping cost incurred when sending the product from the customer to the after-sales service point shall be borne by the customer; for defects identified during inspection as falling within the warranty scope, the shipping cost for returning the repaired product shall be covered by the brand owner.
