200mm Single-Faced, Dual-Light Mobile Traffic Signal
The 200mm single-sided, dual-light mobile traffic signal, also known as the Type 200 solar-powered mobile traffic signal, features a light face diameter of 200mm. It can be freely moved and positioned, supports wireless remote control, and is a single-channel device specifically designed for temporary traffic control during construction. Requiring no wiring, it is easy to install, highly portable, and supports remote control, making it widely used in scenarios such as road construction, emergency repairs at intersections, traffic control at school entrances, driving school training grounds, and traffic management for large-scale events.

200mm Mobile Single 2-Light Light
The Model 200 mobile single-sided dual-light unit (temporary traffic signal) is a portable temporary traffic control device primarily used for road construction, temporary road closures, emergency repairs at intersections, and temporary traffic management in exhibition venues or industrial parks. 200mm Mobile Single 2-Light Light serves as an emergency replacement when fixed traffic signals malfunction, requiring no external mains power. The device allows remote configuration of traffic light timing, manual switching between red and green phases, and activation of an automatic cyclic signal mode—all without the need to access the device itself. Equipped with wheels, 200mm Mobile Single 2-Light Light can be easily pushed for rapid relocation; its weighted base lowers the center of gravity to enhance wind resistance; and its fixed support feet prevent displacement once locked. (See figure below)
Features of the Model 200 Portable Single-Sided Dual-Light Product
Self-sufficient solar charging: The top-mounted solar photovoltaic panels capture sunlight during the day to charge the built-in battery in the base; no external 220 V mains power is required; even on cloudy days, the system can slowly replenish the battery charge.
Battery Energy Storage & Endurance: The base features an integrated energy storage battery that charges during daytime and provides continuous power operation at night or during rainy weather; 200mm Mobile Single 2-Light Light can operate independently of the power grid for extended periods, making 200mm Mobile Single 2-Light Light ideal for field applications and construction sites.
Manual forced signal switching: The remote control allows for remote one-touch switching between red and green lights, enabling temporary on-site control.
Traffic signal timing settings: configure the duration of red and green lights, and customize signal timing configurations.
Wireless pairing and synchronization between two devices: As shown in the figure, two signal lights—one on the left and one on the right—can operate in wireless coordination; when the green light on one side permits passage, the red light on the other side prohibits passage, enabling efficient traffic control at a two-way simplified intersection. This solution is particularly well-suited for temporary two-way single-lane intersections.
Manual push transport: The base is equipped with universal casters and a handrail, allowing operators to manually push the unit to designated transfer points and quickly relocate 200mm Mobile Single 2-Light Light after construction is complete.
Locking and securing of the base support feet: After pushing the equipment to its operating position, lower the adjustable base support feet, lift the equipment off the wheels, and lock 200mm Mobile Single 2-Light Light in place to prevent displacement caused by vehicle contact, thereby enhancing wind resistance.
The core pain points addressed by the Model 200 mobile single-sided dual-light unit for customers
There is no power supply at the construction intersection, making 200mm Mobile Single 2-Light Light impossible to temporarily install fixed signal lights.
Equipped with rooftop solar panels and an integrated battery, this system requires no external mains power supply and eliminates the need for external cable installation. 200mm Mobile Single 2-Light Light directly addresses the challenge of lacking available power points during road excavation and construction.
Construction sites frequently change locations; fixed signal lights cannot be relocated, and their installation and removal are time-consuming and labor-intensive.
Equipped with a wheeled push-type mobile base, 200mm Mobile Single 2-Light Light can be manually pushed for relocation; during the transfer between construction sites, it can be simply pushed away without the need to disassemble the base or cast a concrete foundation slab.
For bidirectional single-lane construction, vehicles must be given alternating right-of-way, with on-site operations guided by hand signals from the safety officer.
Two traffic signal units are wirelessly paired and linked (with timing configured via a remote controller) to automatically alternate in controlling traffic flow, thereby reducing the personal injury risk to construction personnel.
Power outages due to traffic signal failures, equipment damage, and traffic accidents at intersections
Upon occurrence of a fault, the issue is immediately escalated to the intersection, and the repair work is deployed promptly to swiftly restore traffic order at the intersection, alleviate congestion, and secure a fixed time window for signal light maintenance.

Product Installation (Vertical Installation Example)
Solar panel installation:
Assemble the solar panel with the solar mounting bracket and tighten the screws; then, install the solar panel—once the bracket is in place—onto an angled bracket and tighten the screws accordingly. If the portable lamp is equipped with only one solar panel, use an angled bracket to mount the solar panel onto the lamp pole, as shown in the figure on the lower left.
Lighting fixture installation:
- Install the sunshade cap on the upper part of the lamp: place the sunshade cap over the lamp and tighten 200mm Mobile Single 2-Light Lightusing screws aligned with the corresponding holes;
- Each end features a screw; unscrew the nut on the screw, slide the L-shaped bracket over the screw, and secure it with the nut.
- The lamp post features a hole for a screw; drill holes in the L-shaped bracket of the lamp according to the hole positions, insert an appropriate screw through the lamp post, slide the L-shaped bracket over the screw, and secure it with a nut.
Installation of poles and trolleys:
- Sequentially install the installed solar panels and luminaires onto the lamp pole, with the wiring passing through the interior of the lamp pole; prior to installation, securely fasten the small cart to prevent 200mm Mobile Single 4-Light Lightfrom moving during the installation process;
- The solar panel shall be installed at the top of the lamp post, with the holes of the angled bracket aligned with the holes at the upper end of the lamp post, and secured using screws (M12×25).
- Drill holes in the L-shaped bracket according to the signal layout; pass a suitable screw through the lamp pole, slide the L-shaped bracket over the screw, and secure 200mm Mobile Single 4-Light Lightwith a nut.
Align the hole positions on the bottom flange of the support pole—where the solar panels and lighting fixtures will be installed—with those on the trolley, then fasten the assembly using a screw, a spring washer, and a gasket. (First, slide the spring washer over the screw, then slide the gasket over the spring washer.)
