1380*420MM Traffic Display

The 1380×420 mm Traffic Display is a multi-functional unit that integrates three key features—lane closure signs, safety text prompts, and directional arrows with a countdown timer—into a single screen, significantly reducing costs.
On urban roads, highways, and expressways, the primary function of the 1380×420 mm Traffic Display is to provide traffic guidance: on one hand, it displays real-time traffic conditions ahead—such as “Free-flowing,” “Slow-moving,” or “Congested” indicated by different colors—helping drivers plan their routes in advance and avoid areas with heavy traffic; on the other hand, it shows the estimated travel time to the next destination, allowing drivers to pace their journeys appropriately and reduce anxiety. For sections under road closures or traffic restrictions, the display will issue detour alerts in advance, guiding vehicles to change lanes or choose alternative routes early on, thereby preventing drivers from making last-minute U-turns upon reaching the restricted area, which would exacerbate congestion on that stretch of road.

Features of the 1380×420 mm Traffic Display:
1. Integrated Sheet Metal Enclosure: The entire unit features a one-piece sheet metal enclosure formed in a single process, with an electrostatic spray coating for rust prevention. Internal wiring is organized into modular compartments to prevent interference between circuits; a maintenance access door is provided on the rear, eliminating the need to disassemble the entire display for future debugging or repairs.
2. Lightweight suspension design: Equipped with standard suspension mounting holes, compatible with canopies, tunnel ceilings, and toll island gantries. A single unit can provide full lane guidance functionality, eliminating the need for additional steel structures when retrofitting existing stations.
3. Multi-mode dynamic display with comprehensive information coverage: Includes lane closure alerts, digital countdown timers, and variable-text safety warnings.
4. High-Brightness LED Display, Visible in All Weather Conditions: Utilizes high-brightness traffic-grade LED chips with minimal light decay and uniform illumination for red, yellow, and green colors;
5. High Sealing, Water- and Dust-Resistant: Operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, ensuring long-term stable performance in harsh northern winters, intense southern sunlight, humid tunnel environments, and coastal salt fog conditions; The housing is UV-resistant, ensuring it does not fade or lose its paint even after years of outdoor exposure.
6. Synchronized Interaction with Traffic Signal Systems: Can interface with traffic signal controllers to synchronize the switching of red Xs, green arrows, and countdown values in real time with lane opening/closing signals.
7. Customizable functions and dimensions: Arrow styles:
① Can be configured as a single straight arrow, a left-straight/right three-in-one arrow, or a unidirectional arrow as needed;
② Text content, dot matrix pixel pitch (P10/P16), and screen dimensions (length and width) are customizable;
③ Supports single-sided or double-sided display, with synchronized guidance for bidirectional lanes;
