On July 30, 2026, the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government and the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region implemented a cooperation arrangement for the co-location arrangement at Huanggang Port, jointly witnessing innovation in Shenzhen–Hong Kong cross-border infrastructure and port governance.

I. Contents and Materials of the Illuminated Signboards
1. Overall dimensions: 3 m long, 0.6 m high, and 0.15 m wide.
2. The main structure is constructed from 2 mm-thick 304 stainless steel. Both the front and back sides use 5 mm-thick PC panels with light guide panels. 304 stainless steel suspension rod brackets are used, and two safety ropes are also provided.
The first sign combines Chinese and English for cross-border buses.
The second sign combines Chinese and English for the public transport interchange.
The third sign combines Chinese and English for cross-border private vehicles and cross-border buses.
The fourth sign is for the dedicated lane for cross-border private vehicles.
II. Features of the Huanggang Port Illuminated Signboards
1. Double-sided illumination design: Both the front and back sides are illuminated, providing excellent light transmission and clear visibility.
2. Premium visual design: A dark blue reflective film with composite color coordination is used, giving the overall sign a more premium and sophisticated appearance with strong visual identity.
3. High-quality light source: The internally illuminated, light-transmitting design uses OSRAM LED chips and MEAN WELL switching power supplies from Taiwan. The MEAN WELL power supply is a 24 V switching power supply rated at 350 W or above.
4. Safety protection structure: Safety steel wire ropes are installed on both the left and right sides. In the event of an accidental impact or falling, the safety ropes provide additional protection.
5. Double-sided functional markings: The reverse side features a No Entry sign, made with 3M red reflective film and a white horizontal bar, forming the No Entry symbol on the back.
III. How Were the Huanggang Port Illuminated Signboards Delivered Within 5 Days?
The Huanggang Port illuminated signboard project had an extremely tight schedule. Huanggang Port and the Shenzhen Municipal Government required us to complete the overall deployment—from design proposal, technical confirmation, and drawing preparation to production and installation—within five days. Through rapid response and professional team collaboration, the project was ultimately completed and delivered as scheduled. The key milestones from design to successful implementation included:
1. 304 Stainless Steel Structural Design
304 stainless steel was used as the overall frame to ensure the structural strength and long-term stability of the illuminated signboards.
2. High-Quality Lighting System
The illuminated surface combines a PC panel with a light guide panel design to achieve uniform illumination.
3. Weather-Resistant Surface Treatment
The surface is finished with a white electrostatic powder coating process to improve product durability.
4. Long-Term Quality Assurance
The complete illuminated signboard meets the customer’s requirement for a warranty of more than five years.
5. On-Site Installation Support
During the installation stage, three engineering personnel were assigned to the site to coordinate technically with the construction team and ensure the installation process was completed smoothly.
