The solar-powered plastic circular stake features a disc-shaped PC plastic housing that integrates a solar panel, an energy storage battery, and multiple high-brightness LEDs. Solar Plastic Round Road Stud requires no external power supply, is wiring-free, generates electricity from light energy, and operates automatically via light control: Solar Plastic Round Road Stud stores energy during daytime and automatically flashes or remains continuously lit at night. Product Installation
(1) First, use a ruler to determine the installation position; the height shall be set according to the design drawings, ensuring that the installation is aligned longitudinally in a straight line and laterally in both directions. The installation distance shall comply with the design requirements. Locate the positions of the holes on both sides of the track fastener, drill the holes, and insert the rubber plugs into the drilled holes. The distance between the two holes shall be determined by drilling a wall hole of either 8 mm or 10 mm, depending on the diameter of the track fastener.
(2) The adhesive ratio is 1:0.7 for Adhesive A and Adhesive B, followed by the addition of 15%–30% cement as a filler. (Avoid over-mixing the adhesive in a single batch; the amount should suffice for one person to bond 50–70 rail fasteners.) The adhesive mixture must be thoroughly and uniformly mixed (using a power drill equipped with a mixer attachment) to ensure a consistent color. Approximately 30–40 g of adhesive is required per active rail fastener bond.
(3) Clean the surface of the installation area thoroughly, apply approximately 30–40 g of adhesive to the back of the rail fastener using a putty knife, position Solar Plastic Round Road Stud at the designated location, install the self-tapping screws, and then tighten both sides simultaneously with a cross-head screwdriver.
(4) After installing the rail spikes, scrape away any excess adhesive around the spikes using a putty knife, and thoroughly clean the area.
Precautions: Do not touch the area near the lamp; avoid allowing adhesive to adhere to the housing, as this may compromise the luminous performance! Installation is prohibited in wet, humid, or oily environments, as road studs may easily detach. Remove the road cones after 4 hours of installation.
